At Mazer, we want you to love every piece of furniture and decor in your home. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
